J.U.i.C.E. has kept doors open with the support of the community; often quiet, humble support, from people like you- people who get it, and who give a damn about providing young people with safe and supportive spaces for skill-building and mentoring in the arts.
Starting this week, Wednesdays will be our new weekly programming day at Pan Pacific Park Recreation Center from 7pm-9pm. We will no longer have open sessions on Tuesday evenings. Our open breaking sessions are free for everyone to come through to build community and explore the creative movements of breaking. All ages and dance levels are welcome. Want to learn to break, check out the youth(9-15yrs) breaking classes at the park and sign up starting in April.
We are thrilled to collaborate with Pan Pacific Park to roll out a new breaking program and free open dance sessions at the Pan Pacific Senior Activity Center starting tomorrow and every Wednesday. Our kids and youth breaking classes will begin next month. Stay tuned for updates on our breaking classes. All ages welcome to our free open dance sessions from 6pm-9pm.
Happy New Year! Stay tuned for our upcoming Saturday hours and location. We have some new and exciting projects in the works for 2024, and a new Wednesday Session coming soon.
Our weekly free programs rely the support from generous individuals that donate to our organization. In this giving season, if you feel called to contribute any amount, we would be grateful. Your donations help support our weekly free breaking programs and events in our community. Our bio has a link to our donation page. Much love everyone. Peace!
We started a new 52 week program to serve youth in juvenile hall through breaking. It was inspiring to witness how breaking empowers all of us to overcome different obstacles in life. So honored to be part of this amazing team to share the positive message of hip hop and bring breaking to the youth. Thank you @antirecidivismcoalition for this opportunity. @cyberyoga @illijahbeats @paru_frances @inxpector_gadget
